A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Paul Ralph has a deep understanding of education, publishing and English Language Teaching. A fluent speaker of several languages, he has worked as a teacher, sales consultant, sales director, and marketing director. Paul's career with Oxford University Press spanned three decades and went well beyond marketing, encompassing at different times  a substantial international sales management role and portfolio responsibility for Applied Linguistics and Teacher Education content. 


As Global ELT Marketing Director for Oxford University Press from 2004-15, Paul developed his leadership skills further, directing a senior management team and contributing to the wider business strategy as a Board member. Since 2015 Paul has been working as an independent consultant.
